Presentation of the 1st Focus on Tourism in the European Islands   

The discussion, opened by the President of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, has involved several representatives of the European islands and the many exponents of Sicilian tourism.
The debate has compared 24 insular contexts of the Mediterranean area, of the Atlantic coast and overseas ranch territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, and Réunion). The analyzed period in the 2003/2007 quinquennium.
